Voice is available only in (Pro & Growth plans) for an even more interactive experience. Voice chat also speaks many languages effortlessly. The credits per message used are more than text but you can choose if you wish to use by simply toggling the function on or off.

If you decide to cancel your paid plan, we protect your data while giving you a chance to change your mind:
- Chatbot Paused: Your front-facing website chatbot widget will be temporarily turned off so web visitors can no longer use your monthly message credits.
- 30-Day Safety Window: We will safely hold on to your uploaded files, settings, and customer leads for 30 days. If you decide to reactivate your plan during this time, everything will instantly go back to normal.
- If you would like your data deleted sooner you can request this at any time by contacting us at support@chatagentx.com. Please note that account deletions are final and cannot be retrieved, so make sure you have everything you need before you cancel.
- Automated Cleanup: If your account stays inactive for more than 30 days, our system will automatically delete your custom chatbot settings and uploaded website links to keep our servers clean.
