Lifetime Offer Terms & Conditions ($99)

These Lifetime Offer Terms (“LTO Terms”) apply specifically to purchases made under a Chat AgentX Lifetime Offer (“Lifetime Offer”). They supplement the Chat AgentX Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. By purchasing, accessing or using a Lifetime Offer, you agree to these Terms.
1. Lifetime Plan Access
Your Lifetime Offer provides ongoing access to the applicable Lifetime plan for as long as Chat AgentX continues to commercially offer and maintain that plan and the Services. “Lifetime” refers to the duration of the applicable Lifetime plan and Services — it does not refer to the lifetime of any individual customer, employee, business or organisation. As Chat AgentX evolves, we may improve, replace, modify, retire or discontinue features, AI models, interfaces, integrations, infrastructure and functionality over time. Nothing in these Terms guarantees perpetual operation of the platform or obligates Chat AgentX to continue offering any particular feature, plan, service, AI model or technology indefinitely.
2. Included Usage
Unless otherwise stated, the Lifetime Offer currently includes an allocation equivalent to approximately 500 standard text interactions per month. Usage allocations reset monthly, do not roll over, are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are intended solely for use within the Chat AgentX platform. Actual usage may vary depending on conversation length, AI processing requirements, uploaded documents, knowledge base size, voice functionality, premium AI models, and future platform capabilities. As the platform evolves, Chat AgentX may reasonably adjust how usage is measured and applied.
3. Additional Usage and Upgrades
If monthly allocations are exceeded, additional usage packs, upgrades or optional plans may be offered. Usage models, credit structures and pricing may evolve over time. Chat AgentX does not guarantee that any particular pricing structure, usage model or package will remain available permanently.
4. Fair Use
The Lifetime Offer is intended for normal business website usage. To maintain reliability and fair access for all customers, Chat AgentX may monitor overall usage patterns. Usage considered excessive, abusive, exploitative, fraudulent, automated, resale-based or otherwise harmful to platform stability may result in temporary restrictions, account review, usage limits, additional usage requirements, recommended upgrades, or suspension or termination where reasonably necessary. These measures are intended to protect the platform and other users.
5. Future Features and Platform Improvements
Your Lifetime Offer includes updates and improvements reasonably made available within your purchased Lifetime plan level. As Chat AgentX grows, we may release advanced AI tools, premium AI models, voice capabilities, integrations, APIs, automation features, enterprise functionality, and optional premium services. The Lifetime Offer does not automatically include all future products, separate offerings, premium features, enterprise editions or paid add-on services unless expressly stated.
6. AI and Third-Party Services
Chat AgentX relies on third-party providers to deliver the Services, including AI providers, hosting partners, infrastructure providers, analytics services and payment processors. Availability, functionality and costs may occasionally be affected by factors outside our reasonable control.
7. Voice Features and Premium AI Models
Certain advanced capabilities — including voice interactions, premium AI models, enhanced processing, automation features, and future premium capabilities — may use allocations differently or require separate pricing. Where reasonably possible, changes to usage models will be communicated through the platform.
8. Account Sharing and Resale
Lifetime Offer accounts are intended for use by the purchasing business. Accounts and Lifetime Offers are non-transferable without the prior written consent of Chat AgentX. Accounts may not be resold, sublicensed, redistributed, shared across unrelated businesses, or used as part of a hosted resale service, unless expressly approved in writing by Chat AgentX.
9. Service Availability
Chat AgentX aims to provide reliable, continuously improving Services. However, uninterrupted availability cannot always be guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, AI provider outages, security incidents, hosting disruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control. We will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruptions where possible.
10. Refunds
We want customers to have sufficient time to properly evaluate Chat AgentX on their own websites. Lifetime Offer purchases include a 14-day refund period from the original purchase date. This gives you time to install Chat AgentX, scan your website, upload documents, configure your assistant, test responses, evaluate lead capture functionality, and determine whether the Services are right for your business. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds will terminate Lifetime access. Refunds may be refused where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, intentional misuse, or resale attempts. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
11. AI Outputs and Limitation of Liability
Chat AgentX uses artificial intelligence technologies and AI outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies or unexpected responses. Customers remain responsible for reviewing and validating important outputs before relying upon them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chat AgentX is not responsible for indirect losses, business interruption, loss of profits, loss of data, reliance upon AI outputs, third-party outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.
12. Relationship to Main Terms
These Lifetime Offer Terms supplement the Chat AgentX Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. In the event of any inconsistency specifically relating to a Lifetime Offer purchase, these Terms shall prevail to the extent of that inconsistency.
13. Governing Law
These Lifetime Offer Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Nothing in these Terms limits rights available under applicable consumer protection laws, including Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
14. Updates to These Terms
Chat AgentX may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product improvements, platform enhancements, legal requirements, security measures, infrastructure changes, and evolving AI technologies. Updated versions will be published on the Chat AgentX website.
